While the cat’s away…..

So it’s the beginning of the week …..and I get a call to consult with some clients  and subsequently probably stage their home.  They mention to me when I get there that this is a quick decision to list their home “this week” before they leave for a holiday on the weekend.

The pressure is on…..(you’ll understand when you see the before pics)

Ok, so there’s a little work to be done here.  They’re going to need that holiday.

Thank goodness they were only moving next door and could box items up and just walk it into their new home.  There were a few suggestions made for the clients in this home but the biggest was to change the lighting. Track lighting in the dining room wasn’t going to present well and for a $60 (yes, it was only $60) change they were going to well make their money back, and give the presentation that a dining room needed.
