Just tweaked….

We live differently than what we list. I encourage my clients to make a mental / emotional break from their house once they make the decision to sell. Many memories are made in your home to emotionally tie you to it, so I tell them…”Have one last party and celebrate the time you had here…… because tomorrow we are setting it up for someone else.”  When you start with that kind of mindset, then when “Irresistible Homes“ comes in to stage (did I just invite myself???), you are open to the changes that are suggested and are proven to work.

This home I’d like to highlight is a fantastic house….the Sellers built it themselves and put a lot of thought into their decisions. With just a few changes here and there, this house shone.
